Grapes: 70% Merlot, 30% Sangiovese.
Vineyard: situated in Orvieto zone and in neighbouring communes at 300 metres altitude; the vines,

wine continues to develop until it is cold, sterile bottled.

balanced flavour, with fruity, cherry tones and floral hints of roses and violets.
Analytical details: 12.60% alcohol; 6.10 g/l total acidity; 3.28 pH; 5.00 g/l sugar; 21 g/l dry extract
